Cancellation Policy

We are committed to providing exceptional energy healing services. Please read our booking policy to ensure a smooth and seamless experience for all our clients. 1. Booking Process Online Booking: Appointments can be booked via our website. A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is secured. Package Sessions: For multi-session packages, please ensure all sessions are scheduled within the designated time frame. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling 24-Hour Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will incur the full session fee. Rescheduling: Contact us as soon as possible to reschedule, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your new time. 3. Late Arrival Arriving Late: Arriving late may result in a shortened session, and the full session fee will still apply. 4. Payment Payment at Booking: Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept debit or credit cards as well as Paypal. Package Payment: Full payment is required upfront for package deals. Once a session is completed, the package is non-refundable. Refunds: All payments are non-refundable once a session is completed, but partial refunds may be considered in special circumstances. 5. Health & Safety Client Health: Please provide necessary health information when booking. Reiki and sound therapy are complementary and not a substitute for medical care. Illness: If you feel unwell, please cancel and reschedule once recovered. 6. Confidentiality Your personal details will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties without your consent. 7. Package Expiry Session Expiry: Package sessions must be used within 3 months. Unused sessions after this period will be forfeited. 8. Agreement By booking an appointment, you agree to these policies.
