My Journey

 Hi, I’m Zoe, the founder of Zenovia Holistics. As a Reiki Master, Sound Therapy Practitioner, Crystal Healer, and Women’s Circle Facilitator, I am dedicated to helping others find balance, healing, and inner peace.  

My journey into energy healing began with a deep desire to explore the transformative power of energy. Over the years, I have honed my skills to support individuals on their path to wellness, combining the universal life force energy of Reiki, the vibrational frequencies of sound therapy, and the natural energies of crystals.  

As a Reiki Master, I work to restore harmony in the body, mind, and spirit, helping to release emotional blockages, reduce stress, and promote physical healing. Through sound therapy, I guide you into deep relaxation using healing frequencies that clear energetic blockages and support emotional and physical renewal. Incorporating crystals into my practice enhances these therapies, amplifying their healing benefits.  

In addition to these modalities, I am passionate about empowering women to stand in their power and reconnect with their feminine essence. As a Women’s Circle Facilitator, I create nurturing spaces where women can gather, share, and rediscover their inner strength and wisdom.
