What Is Distance Reiki?
Distance Reiki is a form of energy healing that works beyond time and physical location. Reiki energy is guided by intention and can be received wherever you are, without the need for physical contact.

During a distance session, I connect intuitively to your energy field to support relaxation, emotional balance and energetic clearing. Many people find distance Reiki just as effective — if not more so — than in-person sessions, as it allows the body to fully relax in familiar surroundings.

How a Distance Reiki Session Works
Once booked, your session takes place at the agreed time. I connect to your energy using Reiki symbols and intuitive attunement, holding a calm and supportive energetic space.

You don’t need to prepare in any special way — simply rest, relax, or go about your day gently. Some people choose to lie down or sleep, while others continue their normal activities.

After the session, you may notice feelings of calm, clarity, emotional release or deep relaxation. Experiences vary, and everything unfolds at the pace your body is ready for.
